About our club
The club is open most days from 7.00am to 9.00pm – throughout the year. Opening times may vary throughout the festive period. Last club entry is 8.30pm.
We will supply you with a large fluffy towel on every visit. Moisturiser, shower gel and shampoo conditioner are supplied free of charge. A locker key is given on arrival in exchange of your membership card.
You will receive a fitness programme and induction on how to use the equipment from one of the qualified leisure trainers at the club when you join. You can also take advantage of the free fitness assessments.
The swimming pool – 15m long, 1m deep at the shallow end and 1.35m deep at the deep end. Heated to a luxurious 84 degrees.
The Jacuzzi spa will provide you with a wonderful relaxing massage for those tired and sore muscles. Relax in the bubbling waters heated to a tropical 96 degrees.
Our state of the art fitness suite has 14 pieces of equipment that will give you an all over body workout. Backed by Technogym Cardiovascular and resistance equipment along with free weights and two Concept II rowing machines, you are sure to feel the difference.
